I stayed at Marotickal Stay for one day with my school friends, and honestly, I didn’t expect the place to be this neat and beautiful. The moment we reached, everything felt so fresh and clean. I actually thought the place was going to be dirty since it was a school trip and a new location, but the home we stayed in was super clean. It even felt a little luxurious because of how wellmaintained it was.
And the food… oh my god. One of the best meals I’ve ever had on any trip. I genuinely thought the food would be bad, but it was absolutely delicious. Even though it was simple meals, I loved them more than the chicken dishes! That’s how tasty it was.
The trekking, the pool, and all the activities were nice, and we enjoyed so much. But if I have to choose my favorites, it would definitely be the food and the cleanliness.

Our stay at the homestay in Ramakkalmedu was truly wonderful. Surrounded by the beautiful hills and cool breeze, it offered a peaceful and refreshing experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the host was extremely kind and helpful.
The view of the windmills and morning mist was simply magical, and the homemade food was delicious.
